The Fall is officially here, ushering in the season of the color-changing leaves, cooling weather, cheering football fans, and the irresistible aromas of tailgating parties. There is no better way to spend your weekends during this colorful season than preparing and eating deliciously traditional dishes with your friends and family in a parking lot, out of a truck bed, or on someone’s driveway.
The classic pre-game tailgate party, as any football fan knows, has grown up over the years. While it is perfectly acceptable to fire up the grill and cook the simple pleasures of a hot dog or hamburger, the tailgate spread has evolved into somewhat of a feast.
